OUR PRODUCTION PROCESSFABRIC WAREHOUSEEach lot of fabric we imported from fabric factory, we will test 10%.For shrinkage fabric, we use a steamer to steam the fabric before it is put into the sewing line.CUTTINGWe use manual cutting with 3 steps:Cut breaking: use the desk to multiple small detailsCut raw: use the machine, cut large detailsCut details: use the trim ring or machine.
